We assist in accounts-receivable management of aged industrial claims with denials or payment delays in excess of 90-120 days.

Union Trust Funds:
We handle claims with disputed liability and where—under ERISA—the trust has advanced benefits and a recovery is necessary. We also manage third-party liability accidents for which the member is pursuing a recovery and the trust needs to be reimbursed due to contractual exclusion.

Insurance Carriers and HMOs:
We pursue claims for which the carrier has advanced benefits and seeks recovery due to an injury or accident in which another party is responsible for payment of the medical bills.
